Preferred Communication Systems

The story of our rich heritage began in 1991. It all started with two guys, who went to high school together, seeing a need in the market for a company that provided both voice and data services. From there, the vision to create and build Preferred was born. In 2014, Preferred was purchased by co-founder, Vince Arden, and his wife, Christine Arden. Vince, a graduate of DeVry University, took on the role as President of the company, providing vision, building a strong leadership team, and developing new business. Christine, an MBA from St. Xavier University, has provided expertise in various roles at Preferred over the past 24 years and has vast knowledge of IT service delivery and procedures. She was named Chief Operations Officer and is implementing and refining our world class service methodology.
