Presidents Young Professionals Program

Launched in 2009, the Presidents Young Professionals Program (PYPP) is one of Liberias most competitive innovations for youth leadership development in Liberias civil service. The PYPP recruits, trains, and prepares young promising, and talented Liberian college graduates for a future in public service. In the short term, PYPs provide additional support to the government and private sector institutions by performing a variety of critical tasks as needed. The Organizations long-term goal is to create the next generation of qualified professionals who are able and committed to working for the Government of Liberia (GoL), thereby increasing public sector capacity and contributing to good governance and strong leadership.
