Primula is a cheese with a difference. Part of the Kavli Group, Primula has been a leading family brand for more than 95 years. Most famous for its squeezy cheese tubes, Primula Cheese was the worlds first long-life spreadable cheese. First created by Olav Kavli in 1924, Primula made its way to the UK in 1929 and has been squeezing its way into the nations fridges and hearts ever since. More than 3,000 tonnes of Primulas delicious spreadable cheese are now made every year at its factory in Gateshead, before being distributed to most major supermarkets nationwide. With nine flavours on offer, as well as Primula Dippers and Primula Dips, theres something for everyone.
