Private Equity Club at Indiana University

The Private Equity Club (PEC) is an organization available for all students interested in private equity and other investment strategies of the buy side. This club will help teach foundational skills needed to be successful in these fields. We will dive into depth on different career paths in private equity, venture capital, private credit, etc. We will also set up guest speaker programs for varying professionals to come provide insight to our club. Along with this we will be diving into the finer points of these fields by teaching common financial models in private equity such as an LBO analysis. We aim to provide value to our members by teaching skills that will be used well after our time at Indiana University. Private Equity Club is open to all students and no application is required. We hope to turn this club into an organization which will have connections with prominent private equity firms in the future
