Process Manufacturing

Founded in 1975, Process Manufacturing Company (Process) has been manufacturing and remanufacturing pressure pumping and mixing equipment for the worlds largest Well Servicing company. Process is spread amongst 7 buildings on its 25-acre campus and houses nearly 250,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing space. Process holds a distinguished pedigree in North America as one of only a handful of truly, vertically-integrated OEMs. Processs capabilities include a full-service machine shop housing 3 - multi-bit Haas CNC machines, numerous CNC controlled saws, lathes, and mills, plus several robotically fed plasma and laser tables. Coupled with a 240-ton press brake and in-house hydro-static pressure testing, Process is capable of turning raw steel material into completed tank or pipe sub-assemblies, ASME vessels, mid-stream certified piping, or field ready well-servicing equipment.
