Productivity Bootcamp

Arming people with the skills and attributes they need to be valuable and productive employees. Our flagship program, Productivity Bootcamp in Construction is delivered in partnership with TAFE and offers an 8 week intensive program aimed at preparing people for the construction industry. All of our training is practical and delivered in an outdoor environment, focusing on skills such as formwork, concreting, steel fixing and general ground works. Although our skills are based around construction, our style of training targets areas of lost productivity in every industry safety, injury prevention, nutrition, reliability , budgeting/financial literacy, along with the ability to work with different personalities in the workplace.
