Professional Business Bank was founded in 2001 and has banking offices in Glendale and Pasadena. Spectrum Bank was founded in 1955 and has banking offices in Huntington Beach, Irvine and Montebello. The combined bank was formed in July of 2008 when the two banks merged to create a Southern California community bank franchise, and to become the leading small business focused community bank in the region.
