Professional Rehabilitative Options, a Roanoke, VA based, certified WBENC Minority/Women owned Case Management Firm was founded in 1998 by Melissa Boone and Pam Poff. PRO, Inc. currently operates in 10 states and the District of Columbia offering Workers Compensation, Major Medical and Catastrophic case management services as well as vocational placement services. They also offer PROActive Wellness for employers, Telephonic Case Management, Labor Market Surveys and Bilingual Services. Melissa and Pam were concerned by the spreading corporate, impersonal cookie cutter approach that was taking over the case management field.
