Programme Monitoring and Implementation Unit (PMIU)

PMIU is another wing of School Education Department, Punjab. The unit steers large-scale reform interventions of School Education Department. It also implements and monitors programmes implemented as part of collaborations with international development partners. PMIU engages local and international counterparts to plan, design and monitor reformative initiatives to improve the overall education outcomes in Punjab such as enrollment, capacity building of teachers, students assessments, improved access, learning and governance of public education infrastructure.
