Project Ability creates opportunities through inclusive art for all. Since 1984, weve been supporting, celebrating and platforming diversity within the contemporary visual arts sector. Based in Glasgow in the award winning Trongate 103, we provide a welcoming arts community for people with learning disabilities and mental ill-health. We provide the space and expertise to allow them to express themselves, build confidence and achieve their potential. Our three core workshops are: ReConnect: An open studio for adults with experience of mental ill-health. Aspire: A visual arts programme for adults with learning disabilities. Create: An arts programme for children and young people with disabilities. We also host a year-round calendar of projects, masterclasses and exhibitions to reach out and connect people and communities across Scotland.
