In D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) terms, technology is a uniquely challenging subculture in every organisation, however, its also where real business benefits can be realised when teams are diverse and balanced. Most high-growth companies have had to land grab tech talent to get products built fast and thats cost them the ability to focus on achieving gender balance. Even if they know diverse teams are better teams, ie. more creative, better at problem-solving and faster to reach innovation.
