Project Kilkari, Connecting Dreams Foundation

Project Kilkari, a mission with a vision, a journey to end the nights of sorrow for young children began in September 2017 to bestow happiness with the roots of Education in the happy yet bleak lives of underprivileged kids. Initiated by Srishti Sharma after months of constant hard work, its main aim was to peep into the minds of children to analyse the reason of lack of education in slum areas of Delhi. From getting children admitted into government schools to realizing that just connecting a child to school is not the best solution, the team came up with an idea to fulfil the dream of education of unattended children living on the streets and achieved what others considered hopeless by inaugurating Kilkari Pathshala to make every child compatible enough to be able to read and write.
