In 2003, we entered into a partnership with Mintec Inc., a North American company headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, with over 40 years of global operations. Providing solutions in geology and mine planning, Mintec developed the MinePlan software, used in the evaluation and development of mines. Through the agreement, in addition to the transfer of technology between the companies, Prominas became the exclusive representative of MinePlan in Brazil.
