Proper Consulting Engineers was founded in March 2003 by Mr J M Earle who has more than 35 years experience in the field.Proper Consulting Engineers specialises in the field of civil engineering and Mr Earle is widely acknowledged for his expertise and vision. We are a relatively young firm that would like to provide for the needs of our clients. As a firm we are well positioned to provide the necessary expertise and personal services to our clients, including the timeous implementation of projects. We have a strong ethos in terms of staff training and development, and believe that empowerment is made possible through the provision of skills.
