Property Points Incubation Programme was initiated as part of Growthpoint Properties enterprise development programme. The two year programme offers development services to (51% black owned) enterprises in the property sector who have been in operation for at least 2 years. Our programme focuses on businesses who provide either of the following services: construction, cleaning, electrical, plumbing, security, air conditioning, landscaping, waste management, fire services or pest control.
