The move, approved by Saint Lucias Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), is a change in legal structure, naming and look. It is also in line with PROVEN acquiring the additional minority stake in Boslil Bank in 2022, making Boslil Bank a 100% owned subsidiary of the PROVEN Group.
