Providence Care Center

Providence Care Center is a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility and a 180-bed Skilled Nursing Center which includes a Center for the Memory Impaired. We also offer a new web-based Wound Specialty Care Program. Occupying the multi-story building, which used to be Providence Hospital, the facility features a beautifully landscaped center courtyard. Though located within the city limits of Beaver Falls, Providence Care Center serves all of Beaver County, as well as parts of Lawrence and Allegheny Counties. Each resident has an attending physician of his or her choice. A broad range of specialists, including podiatrists, dentists, optometrists, audiologists, psychiatrists, and psychologists, is available to provide other treatment as needed.
