PRSSA Kent

We are Kent State Universitys Chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America. PRSSA Kent, a pre-professional public relations organization, is open to students of any major, with our meetings focusing on communications, public relations and marketing. The Chapter was established in 1968. On a national level, PRSSA Kent has earned the Teahan Outstanding Chapter award twice and numerous other Teahan awards and the PRSSA National Star Chapter Award 12 years in a row. Many PRSSA Kent leaders received the National PRSSA President and Gold Key awards. We also have alumni working around the country. The current PRSSA Kent Chapter has more than 50 active members and continues to evolve offering leadership, public relations experience and networking opportunities for students. For its leadership, PRSSA Kent has earned Kent States Organization Excellence honor multiple years.
