PSYDEH [see-day] is a grassroots, non-governmental organization investing in Indigenous women as community leaders to propel local social and economic development. Our necessary work uses leadership training and human rights education so women are empowered to elevate sustainable development in their communities. We are currently working in the four Indigenous municipalities of the Otomi-Tepehua region of Hidalgo, in central Mexico
