TH.2002 on Ratification Deed of Incorporation. The Company is a subsidiary of PT Media Djaya Bersama, operating in Aceh Barat, Aceh Province. Production Operation Mining Permit (IUP-OP) on behalf of PT Mifa Bersaudara has a concession area covering an area of 3,134 hectares (ha) in the region of West Aceh. Based on the report of coal reserves and resources in accordance JORC standards issued by PT Runge Indonesia in July 2011, the Company has the potential coal reserves of 383 million mt.
