PT Sumberdaya Arindo

PT Sumberdaya Arindo (SDA) was established on June 21, 2012. From 2012 to 2022, its initial shares were owned by PT Antam Resourcindo (82%) and PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya (18%), both of which are subsidiaries majority-owned by PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. At its inception, PT Sumberdaya Arindo focused on obtaining core business licenses in mining services and other supporting business permits. The acquisition process of PT Sumberdaya Arindos shares, which were originally owned by PT Antam Resourcindo (82%) and PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya (18%), was completed on April 22, 2022, resulting in 99% ownership by PT Antam Tbk and 1% by PT Antam Resourcindo. On September 30, 2022, PT Sumberdaya Arindo officially transformed into a mining company holding a Nickel Mining Business License (IUP) on Halmahera Island, East Maluku.
