Founded in 2005 by Ir. Djaja Roeslim, an industry veteran and two-times former Chairman of REI (Real Estate Indonesia) in Batam, PT. Trias Jaya Propertindo is a property developer based in the very strategic location of Batam. After seeing how low the supply for of proper, quality homes on the island then, Trias was established to address the need for quality homes for consumers around the island. Our very first project, BSI Residences, was sold out entirely in a relatively short time, with our subsequent projects rolling out quite quickly following the success of our very first one.
