Victoria Sekuritas Indonesia was established on 2011 and since January 2012 has commenced operational activities of securities company as a result of organizational restructuring conducted by its holding company, PT Victoria Investama, Tbk (formerly PT Victoria Sekuritas). In continuing the securities company by committing to provide the finest services to its stakeholders, VSI obtained its securities company license from the Financial Services Authority or Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (formerly Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Board or Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan) to engage in Brokerage and Underwriting and has become a member of Indonesia Stock Exchange.
