Public Allies Arizona

Founded in 1992, Public Allies recruits, trains and deploys emerging leaders in apprenticeships with local nonprofit, education, and government partners to build capacity, shape inclusive cultures, and transform communities. We do this through our signature paid 10-month civic-service apprenticeship that recruits high-potential individuals and launches them into service-oriented leadership roles and careers in their own communities.
