Founded in 2005 by Albert Pujols and his wife Deidre, the foundation is rooted in their passion and desire to serve their communities. The mission of the Pujols Family Foundation is to support the Down syndrome community through once in a lifetime opportunities, while providing hope and meeting the tangible needs of those with Down syndrome and their families.
