Purdue University College of Liberal Arts

The College of Liberal Arts is home to the social sciences, arts, and humanities at Purdue University. The College offers undergraduate bachelor of arts, bachelor of fine arts, master of arts, master of science, master of fine arts, and doctoral degrees. Since 2015, it has been led by David A. Reingold, Senior Vice President for Policy Planning and the Justin S. Morrill Dean of Liberal Arts. The College has ten academic units and is also the academic home to Purdue Bands and Orchestras. The Brian Lamb School of Communication is named in honor of alumnus Brian Lamb, founder of C-SPAN. The Patti and Rusty Rueff School of Design, Art, and Performance was named by alumnus Rusty Rueff and his wife, Patti. Other units are the departments of Anthropology, English, History, Philosophy, Political Science, and Sociology, the schools of Interdisciplinary Studies and Languages and Cultures
