Our trade licenses complement each other to provide all the legal and technical requirements for any project we take on in and outside of the United Arab Emirates. Founded in the early 1980s, by Mr. Fakhri Al Hilali and Mr. Jamal Al Yamour the visionaries behind Pure Decor. The two Architects shared a vision to establish a leading company in interior contracting. Together they have grown to become the regions leading company in interior and fit-out contracting.
