Purple Cow Real Estate was founded in 2014 by Andy Nutton, our Principal and Managing Director. He has a background in large-scale, master-planned communities and recognised Springfields need for investor-focused real estate services. We were one of the first real estate agencies dedicated to servicing Greater Springfield investors. From the first new Springfield housing estate to further expansion into Springfield Lakes, Springfield Central, Spring Mountain, Redbank Plains and Ripley to the far west, we have been closely servicing each new suburb since its inception.
