First registered as Pusat Latihan Cemerlang (PLC) in 1997 and later upgraded to Institut Latihan Cemerlang (ILC) by the Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Kelantan and presently referred to as PUSAT TUISYEN PENDIDIKAN CEMERLANG (PTPC) since 2008. Established in 1996 with only 2 students. To date, we have 300 to 400 students studying in any academic year. We strive to be committed to the students we are privileged to serve, in our alumni association, our dedicated, talented faculty and staff. We also take pride in having the most active and helpful group of partners, visionary parents, well-wishers, alumni and friends
