PWN Romania is a non-governmental, non-profit, volunteer-based association whose mission is to support the ascent of women in leadership positions in order to accelerate gender balance in management structures. The PWN Romania community brings together approximately 400 members in management or entrepreneurial positions in over 20 industries, as well as over 900 women in the extended community of the Association.
