QADER for Community Development

ESTABLISHMENT: QADER was founded in July 2008 through a joint and collaborative effort of a group of Palestinian professionals who have remarkable experiences in field related to development, disability, health, and rehabilitation. IDENTITY: QADER is an independent Palestinian non-governmental and not-for-profit organization. As a civil society organization, it is independent of any political belief, economic interest or religion. Thus, QADER does not discriminate against gender, religion, political views, or color. GOVERNANCE: The governance structure of QADER is based on its legal status under Charitable Societies & Non-Profit Organizations Act # 1 2000. The governance consists of a General Assembly (GA) and Board of Directors (BD).
