The times have changed and the style of sales and marketing has to adjust to the ever changing real estate market. In the past, developments in the Los Cabos area have been able to count on walk-in traffic, local Realtors and local advertising to provide most of the buyers for the Cabo real estate market. Today we need to go to the buyers; they are not coming to us as they have in the past. The profile of our most likely buyer is very simple, they are either baby boomers looking for retirement or vacation home or they are current members of a golf country club either in the U.S., Canada or Mexico. A hugely overlooked part of the real estate market in Los Cabos is the Mexican market from the mainland. Our concept is to go to those buyers and entice them to visit Mexico.
