Envisioned by Colonel David Devasahayam, the Radiant Group was set up with the vision of poverty alleviation through employment generation. Having been a member of the National Defense Academy and then an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, a major foresight of the company was to provide employment to ex- servicemen and our security forces. A strong sense of discipline and integrity is inherent within every member of the group. The flagship company Radiant Cash Management Services (RCMS) was set up in 2005 and is currently among the largest establishment in the cash services business. Being in the cash management business, the need for strong security and strategy was met by the management which was composed of highly qualified members of the security forces.
