Rainy River Resources Ltd

Rainy River Resources Ltd. (RR:TSX) is a Canadian precious metals exploration company whose key asset is the advanced exploration stage Rainy River Gold Project (RRGP), located in mining-friendly northwest Ontario, Canada. RRGP has NI 43-101 compliant reserves of 4.0 million ounces gold and 10.3 million ounces silver. Our Feasibility Study, released April 10, 2013, envisions production of 326,000 of gold and 494,000 ounces of silver annually over the first 10 years, from a combined open pit and underground mining operation. Cash costs average US$468 per ounce in this period, with grades averaging 1.46 g/t.
