Rap Music Fan Club

Rap Music Fan Club was started by Nick Armitage a Chris Read. It is a London based group of music makers, designers, photographers, DJs and fans of great music brought together by the common goal of celebrating over 30 years of recorded rap music, through a series of projects incorporating music, photography and design. Rap Music Fan Clubs first project will be series of events named CLASSIC MATERIAL. Each month a club night, mix CD, t-shirt and collectable limited edition box set will pay homage to a specific era of raps colourful history. The series kicked off in October 2010 with our celebration of raps formative years 1979-1987. Each subsequent month, we will celebrate a specific years musical output.
