Raquda Foundation (Art and Heritage)

Raquda Foundation is established by a group of Egyptian youth in 2015, aims to develop the indirect education in the Egyptian society with all its individuals` ages and social categories. To: 1- Preserving the tangible and intangible Egyptian heritage. 2- Sharing the cultural awareness and concept of progress cultures. 3- Expansion the positive involvement circle among the whole individuals of the society. When the Great Alexander came to establish Alexandria city in 331 B.C, he ordered his Greek engineer Dinokratis to put a plan for the new city. This city would be the new capital of Egypt, so he selected this city for its location on the Mediterranean Sea. This city is near to Al syadeen (fishermen) village which is called Rakota or Raquoda, in short time Raquoda became economical, political and cultural centre of the world.
