Rathi Developer as a firm has been established since 2005 by Amit Jugalkishor Rathi. But as a group, it has been working in the construction field since 1998 when Mr. Jugalkishor Rathi formed a vertical of construction activity to his existing Cement trading business. Rathi group has been in the business of Cement trading, Gas distribution, Construction, and recently have added CNG PUMP to their folio. Amit Rathi is through a commerce background and has completed post graduation in Chartered Financial Analyst from Icfai Unversity. But his passion for construction business kept him involved in the business since he was from 11std. Across Pune, Rathi developer has developed an area of approx 1.75 lac sqft and now adding 72000 sqft of Nova Residency.
