The RAVEN Group consists of a joint-stock company RAVEN a.s. with subsidiaries RAVEN CZ a.s., RAVEN PL Sp. z o. o. and RAVEN Hungary Kft., and with its 750 employees is currently one of the most important sellers of metallurgical material within the Visegrad Group. The Group includes also manufacturing divisions, which for its customers provide cutting and bending of reinforcing steel, including tying, production of welded assemblies, concrete cages, material cutting, shearing and shaped cutting of metal sheets. The RAVEN Group with its 750 employees achieves an annual turnover of 300 mils. . The foundation of the Raven group is bound to 1993 when the Slovak shareholder established the joint-stock company RAVEN a.s in Povazska Bystrica.
