Since 1999, REALs has been dedicated to conflict prevention and peacebuilding in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Our vision is a society where conflict, violent extremism, and social violence can be prevented and overcome, fostering co-existence among people of diverse backgrounds. Mission: Collaborate with parties to conflict and affected communities, creating and implementing realistic options for preventing and solving problems without causing further harm. Our name reflects our commitment to creating new alternatives and working together to achieve them. Our approach is based on five key areas: 1.
