Big Food corporations must make high quantities of processed food to lower production costs, then their marketing department must figure out how to sell this cheap food, and this fuels a cycle of promoting feedlot food for dogs. Mass production is not conducive to fresh food. It requires cheap ingredients and additives to stay in the market. We built a system to stay small, buy local, and air-dry small batches of fresh food to serve millions of dogs. We supplement our food with digital tools to support dog owners on their wellness journey and teach them why and how to feed real food. We are creating a global marketplace to connect dog owners to certified canine nutritionists and veterinarians.
