Mission & Vision: REHAB Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh was formed on 12 December 1991 with the aim to promote the real estate development in the private sector in Bangladesh. REHAB is the only recognized organization for real estate developers in Bangladesh. This is a fact that the real estate sector is the growth centre for the development of an economy. Bangladesh, one of the densely populated nations in the world, has immense need for housing and it is not possible for the government alone to ensure shelter for its people. Therefore, the role of the private sector developers has become crucial. Therefore, the private sector real estate developers have been trying to meet the national housing demand.
