We teach the Classical Pilates with some of the best contemporary variations all informed by current medical research and science with a functional approach to the body and body mechanics. EDUCATION. COMMUNITY. MENTORSHIP Our teacher training program was born organically from the request and need of high integrity, educated and professional teachers. Our goal is to help you grow personally and professionally in your Pilates career. The 600-hour program includes Foundations, our signature module. This module covers the history of Pilates, Pilates anatomy, common pathologies and how to handle them, postural alignment protocols, our six building blocks of all of the Pilates exercises, professionalism, ethics, study best practices and information on the practicum and final certification through the Pilates Method Alliance.
