Rebus delivers Workplace Empathy Training, for government and private organisations. As a company comprised of people with and without Disabilities, Rebus has developed this training which covers topics of recruitment, retention, mental health, disability and workplace cultural change based on the lived experiences of its members. Rebus uses forum theatre which is a format allowing participants to interact with the actors and practice real life skills for the workplace in a dignified, entertaining and non-threatening atmosphere.
