Red Mountain Sedona is a mindfulness-based, independent living program designed to help young adults with behavioral and/or emotional challenges launch into fulfilling and productive adult lives. We work with the mind, body and spirit using various forms of meditation and mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga & martial arts, life skills education, and multi-modal therapies.
