Red River College Students Association

Since, 1963 when the first Students Association was formed at Red River College, students at this institution have been organizing to make student life better. All Students who pay student fees become members of the SA, including full-time and part-time students as well as those enrolled in Continuing and Distance Education courses along with apprentices. The SA acts primarily as an advocate for student concerns, publishes a student newspaper, and offers many different activities throughout the school year. On June 10, 1974, the SA was incorporated by an act of the Manitoba Legislature making it an independent legal and business entity.
