Located in Naperville, IL, Redstart Construction takes pride in every project and relationship we build. Redstart believes those relationships are earned through honesty, hard work, and exceptional quality. In June 2005, Chad Mease and his wife Amanda, both natives of Naperville, Illinois, decided to start a new chapter in their lives and return to their hometown. Chad, who had a successful career in commercial construction, was ready to spread his wings and venture into entrepreneurship. With the support of their family, Chad and Amanda founded a construction company. As they were forming the new business, they needed to choose a name. Redstart was born - a nod to the small yet mighty warbler bird that resonated with the couple. The painted redstart (Myioborus pictus) is a small, colorful warbler species native to the Midwest.
