HNR was founded in 1995 to produce components and systems for stoves. Refrex, since 1982, has served the household refrigeration market, using technology developed by the Italian company Refrex S/A. In 2002 the Group HNR/Refrex initiated joint activities after merger of two companies. Today HNR and Refrex are leaders in their respective market segment and are expanding into new businesses.
