Refugee Talent Hub bridges the gap between employers and refugees by providing paid employment. This is in the interests of the refugee, employer, and society. Work gives meaning, (self) confidence and contributes to a greater extent to better integration of refugees. Refugees and employers still struggle to find each other, even though refugees can provide their skills filling up the gap in the labor market and a diverse workforce demonstrably leads to more successful organizations. Many refugees dont have a strong network yet and many employers do not know how to get in touch with refugees. Job opportunities start with meeting each other; getting to know each other and discovering personal talent.
