REICO IS CS

REICO investicni spolecnost Ceske sporitelny, a.s. (REICO IS CS) was founded in 2006 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceska sporitelna, a.s., the largest Czech retail bank and a member of the Erste Group Bank AG. Based in Prague, REICO IS CS manages the REICO CS NEMOVITOSTNI fund (RCSN) which is the largest and oldest property mutual fund in the Czech Republic. In 2022, the fund NAV of RCSN amounted some CZK 28 billion (EUR 1,1 billion) and our property AUM exceeded CZK 32 billion (ca. EUR 1.3 billion). Our core investment strategy is based on a balanced allocation into prime office, retail, high street and industrial assets located in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. REICO IS CS is subject to the supervision carried out by the Czech National Bank (CNB)
