Established in 1995, the group is a joint venture between two of Nepals leading industrial institutions, the Todi family and Chainwala (Agrawal) family. The two families have been at the forefront of trading and industrial activities in the country since the early 1900s. Both were competitors in field of cement trading prior to the formation of the Group. The Groups annual turnover exceeds US$ 100m with cumulative investment exceeding US$ 41m.
